Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, admguard.com.au.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by ADM Guard Pty Ltd, based in Australia. We are committed to handling personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. What we collect
This site collects personal information only when you choose to give it to us - mainly through the contact form. That may include:
- Your name
- Work email address
- Company name and industry
- Any message or details you choose to add about your automated decisions
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate website usage, click behavior, and page engagement (including session recordings and heatmaps). Clarity helps us improve site usability and content. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
You can opt in or out of analytics at any time using the controls below.
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about ADM Guard. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we will not add you to a mailing list without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
Contact form submissions are relayed to our inbox using Formspree, a third-party form processing service. Formspree processes that data on our behalf to deliver it to us and is bound by its own privacy terms. We also use Microsoft Clarity for website analytics and behavior insights. The website itself is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps.
5. How long we keep it
We retain contact enquiry data for up to 24 months after the last interaction unless a longer period is required for legal or contractual record-keeping. Clarity analytics data is retained in line with Microsoft Clarity retention controls and our account settings, then removed or de-identified.
6. Your rights
Under the Privacy Act, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or make a complaint about how we've handled it. Contact us at hello@admguard.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information you submit against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
8. Children's privacy
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the site and business evolve. The last updated date above reflects the most recent revision.
