About ADM Guard

Compliance evidence, built for how software actually ships

ADM Guard was built for one reason: the Privacy Act's new automated decision-making obligations expect a level of continuous, technical evidence that no policy document, spreadsheet, or annual audit can produce. So we built the evidence layer at the code layer, where decisions actually happen.

Why we exist

The register can't drift from reality if it's written by the code itself

From 10 December 2026, Australian businesses must be able to identify, describe and evidence every automated decision that materially affects a person's rights or finances - under Australian Privacy Principles 1.7–1.9. The obligation is continuous: a static policy PDF or a manually maintained spreadsheet is out of date the moment an engineer ships a change.

We think the only durable answer is instrumentation: a lightweight API call at the decision point itself, streaming to an immutable, tamper-evident record. That's the entire product. No dashboards you have to remember to update, no register that can silently fall behind what's actually running in production.

What we believe

Three principles we don't compromise on

Zero-PII by architecture

We never want to be a target. ADM Guard rejects personal information at the API boundary - by design, not by policy. We can't leak what we never store.

Tamper-evident by design

Evidence that can be quietly edited isn't evidence. Every decision is cryptographically chained and anchored to locked, write-once storage.

Australian by default

Built and hosted in Australia, for Australian obligations. Data stays in Azure's Australia East region, enforced by cloud policy - not a promise in a contract.

Who's building this

Built by an engineer who ships

Apurv Singhal

Founder & Engineer
